Body by JessM and Fit Remedy were created because I suffered from postpartum depression and body dysmorphia after giving birth a few years ago. I wanted to feel confident and comfortable in my skin. I wanted to show that it is possible to reach your fitness goals after having children. I created Body by JessM to help others reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. I guarantee that I can help anyone that wants to be helped. My Fit Remedy Clothing was designed with women in mind.
