Body by JessM andy Fit Remedy were born from my own journey through postpartum depression and body dysmorphia after giving birth. I remember feeling lost, struggling to recognize myself, and just wanting to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin again. I knew firsthand how challenging it could be, but I also knew it was possible to reclaim my strength and confidence. That’s why I created Body by JessM—to empower others to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, no matter where they’re starting from. I’m here to support anyone ready to make that journey.
